Overlooking a nearby light rail station and adjacent to both residential and commercial buildings, Track Housing's vertical framework provides formal relief amidst its varying contexts. With its shared, open courtyard and exterior stair leading to a communal rooftop terrace— residents have multiple opportunites to enjoy ample open space with city views.
