BROADWAY REDUX

Nine single family homes— designed and built to occupy a long vacant site on Lower Broadway, adjacent to the Historic city cemetery. Two models were inserted to respond to the varying contexts— a 3 story, vertical model fronting the urban Broadway street edge, and a more modest 2 story model nestled into the very residential Yale Street context. ​Designed by Johnsen Schmaling Architects
