In previous iteration both a construction office and Architect’s studio, 1800 27th Street was reorganized and improved to serve as Indie Capital’s headquarters from 2019-2021. Updated to assume a streamlined circulation plan with 3 private offices, entry lobby, conference room and reference library, in addition to a private break room and work lab. Located on the R Street corridor on the fringe of Midtown and aligned with a variety of complimentary, industrious neighbors.
