Commissioned by a prominent local art figure, Sample Alley breathes new life into a nondescript East Sacramento alleyway. Neatly contained within a 4,003 square foot infill lot, the residence prioritizes ample wall space for an extensive art collection with inward-focused views— joining art with nature through two expansive internal courtyards and elongated reflection pool.
