RESERVATIONS + PROCESS

INDIE CAPITAL welcomes you to the home buying process, it all begins here.

Once a community, model and lot are selected it's time to make your selection official and reserve your home.  It's a simple program.  Upon receipt of a signed Reservation Agreement, 1% earnest money deposit and pre-qualification letter from a Lender of your choice, the reservation is confirmed and we're off and running.  The earnest money deposit is completely refundable during the reservation period.

 

Upon ground breaking, a Design Meeting is scheduled whereby finishes along with any options are discussed and a purchase agreement is executed. Site Meetings are scheduled throughout the construction process to ensure homebuyers are involved and stay informed of project timelines.  We welcome your questions and interaction throughout construction, and believe every homeowner should have an intimate knowledge of their home's function and design.  

Prior to project completion a thorough walk-thru is conducted.  This is a great time for those last minute maintenance questions and lingering thoughts ("where is that water shut-off valve again?").  If obtaining a loan we work with your lender to communicate critical dates, ensuring our "same-page" philosophy is maintained and that closing coincides with project completion.  Upon loan funding and closing, we hand over the keys and welcome you home.  

 

As local builders, we're never far away and always available for improvement consults, design recommendations and anything else that might come up as you settle in. We're also proud to offer and stand by a 10 year limited warranty.
