QUALIFYING
Here is a list of qualifying requirements— we ask that you review these before submitting a tour request or application. All documentation submitted is carefully reviewed and references thoroughly vetted. We look forward to providing you with thoughtful, attentive service.
CREDIT
Minimum 680 Fico with no more than 1 delinquency within a 12- month period. Any delinquencies require a letter of explanation. Co-signers are considered with an additional application fee.
INCOME
Verifiable income equal to 2.5 times the amount of the monthly rent. W2 applicants to supply 2 months of paystubs. Self Employed applicants to submit 2 years of tax returns to verify proof of required income. New hires shall supply a Letter of Employment.
RENTAL HISTORY
Two years of verifiable rental history with no evictions.
REFERENCES
Positive rental and personal references.
PETS
No pets unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Should a pet be approved, an additional pet deposit may apply.
