Once you’ve found a property you’re interested in, please submit a Zillow application. For your convenience, a link to the Zillow application is available on each property listing page. Zillow charges a one-time fee, allowing you to submit unlimited applications within a 30-day period (recommended). If you prefer, you may also apply directly through our website. Please note that a separate application fee applies when submitting through our platform.

Upon receipt of your completed application, you will receive a link to book a Self Tour (or pre-recorded virtual tour) within 24 hours. Bookings are subject to availability and all Self Tours are monitored and video recorded. Tour instructions will be emailed to you 1 hour prior to your booking time. 

You will receive a follow-up email one hour after your tour. To move forward with your application, please reply with “YES!” to confirm your interest. A member of our team will then reach out to review any remaining steps prior to approval.

Once your application is approved, you will receive a Lease Agreement for review and electronic signature. Please note that all lease start dates must begin within three weeks of approval. After signing the lease, you will have the option to apply for a security deposit waiver through Obligo! Lastly, a member of our team will forward instructions on accessing your Resident Portal, where you can submit electronic payments for move-in funds and utilize platform features for maintenance requests and communications.
