Strategically hugging the internal community courtyard, each unit enjoys equal ease of access to the verdant urban green-space. Featuring a unit mix of eight 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartments, and two 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments, the community is designed to allow for a diversity of residents and families.
Public and alternative transportation is encouraged, with the exclusion of vehicle parking accommodations, and inclusion of onsite bicycle storage.
